Typically Swiss is an interactive presentation offered by the EB Zürich. The US-born communication trainer, Kathy Hartmann-Campbell, will help you understand and navigate life in Switzerland and make your sojourn here pleasant and successful.
Objective: Practical information and tips for the world of work and day-to-day life
- What are the essential cultural differences between Switzerland and other cultures?
- What are the most important Swiss values and patterns of behavior?
- What are the «unwritten» rules and taboos?
Though the presentation is targeted specifically to relative newcomers, it is open to anyone
Kathy Hartmann-Campbell was born and raised in the US and has lived in Basel for 35 years. She is a communication trainer and coach, graduated from Yale University with honors in philosophy. In 2009 she was elected into the integration commission of canton Basel Stadt. She is co-founder and chair of the BaselConnect Association, which is dedicated to promoting expat integration in the Basel region.
